Jesus Christ, Christ Jesus…is there a difference?
Hebrews 13:8 KJV - Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.
2 Timothy 3:12 KJV - Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
2 Timothy 1:1-2 KJV – 1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, according to the promise of life which is in Christ Jesus, 2 To Timothy, my dearly beloved son: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord.

how can we even expect to hear from God when we don’t even care to listen to what He’s said before. |

I don't think there's a difference. It's not like Christ was his name, it's a title.
Like for example if your title was “great' we could say either :
Cyril the great – or - The great Cyril.
FYI – Jesus is the Greek form of Yeshu'a which means 'Yahweh is salvation”
And Kristos (in the Greek) 'The anointed one' soooooooooo cool! God is so awesome!
Correct me if I'm wrong.

paul, i think was always careful with his words. by the way, most of our doctrines are found in his epistles. i don't think he'd mentioned Jesus Christ and Christ Jesus in the same verse in 2 Timothy 1:1 if he wasn't making a point or showing there's some sort of difference.

That verse only uses “Christ Jesus”
But what do you think it means?

i think everytime apostle paul uses “Christ Jesus” in his epistles, he refers to Jesus in a personal/intimate level; as the One who actually lives in him.
like for example, Romans 8:38-39 KJV: “38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” he could identify himself with Christ and i guess vice versa and thus he could claim what he claimed in that passage.
compare that passage with how he refers to Jesus in Romans 6:23 KJV: “23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” i'm not saying he's presenting two different Jesus. but his tone when he's using “Jesus Christ” is different from when he's using “Christ Jesus”. like JC is for the general audience and CJ is specifically for the follower or born-again believer. like seriously, why would he use one over the other and even both?
what do you guys think?

Yes Cyrus,
I agree!!! Christ Jesus seems to be expressed in a more personal way.
Its like saying MY Savior
Where as Jesus Christ…
is like saying THE Savior.
