Psalm 115:1 Not to us, O LORD, not to us but to your Name be the glory, because of Your love and faithfulness.

My love is unreliably inconsistent; God’s love is unconditionally unchanging. My faithfulness sporadically falters, God’s faithfulness never fails. If God alone is to be worshiped, it’s because He’s the only One Who obviously deserves it.

Psalms 104:31       May the glory of the LORD endure forever; may the LORD rejoice in His works. We as God's creation can be a cause for God's rejoicing. May we neither put a knife in God's heart or a tear in His eyes; He deserves none of those.
